Flower Mound Eyecare Associates opened its doors in 1999 and Crystal Vision in 1992. In October 2007 both offices merged and moved into a new state of the art office at 3851 Long Prairie Road (2499), under the name Flower Mound Eyecare, making it one of the largest practices in the area.
